Advice on Quoting Previous Posts

As this came up on a thread, I felt that I should make a comment. Friendly advice if you will.

Some editing was done to make it general advice.

I will not allow a possible (and I am only saying possible) troll to clutter up the thread and make the thread soooooo long with quotes of previous posts that it can't be easily read.

This was a common tactic on A.R.S. by OSA trying to make threads unreadable.

There was no violation of board rules in doing it per se, but I have used admnistrative judgement in editing. If you don't like it, take it up with me. OR complain to Kendra - she is the one who can admonish me for taking liberties.

Quotes from other threads, or posts not immediadely previous to the post you are making would not receive my attention like this. And even one or two quotes from immediately previous posts would be no big deal. As I said, administrative judgement here.
