Hmm, now this search is giving off some interesting information, just by looking at Wikipedia.

1. There was a case of The Church of Scientology Moscow vs. Russia brought up to the European Court of Human Rights. Short version of the facts; After a legislation that all religions need to re-register themselves, the registration form from the CoS Moscow was continually denied for unspecified reasons, as many as eleven times, and even if a reason was given it was ruled out by a Constitutional Court.* However, even the Scientologists themselves pointed out that the ECHR did not look into the validity of the Church of Scientology as a religion, but made their decision based solely on the general consensus of its status as a religion in Russia, meaning people saying "it calls itself a religion so why not?". If we could prove to them that there is a split between Scientology (as a valid religion) and the Church of Scientology (the corporation), it could be made much easier to declare the CoS as a non-religious organization towards any national court system.

* For those wondering, Constitutional Courts can usually never overturn a decision, just state its validity, in cases of criminal acts decide the level of the punishment.

2. Interpol is, as most would know, the international police organization. It deals with most police issues that stretch across sevarl borders; including human trafficking. Which by the Wikipedia article on the subject is defined as (emphazis is my own);
The trafficking of human beings is the recruitment, transportation, harbouring, or receipt of people for the purpose of exploitation.Trafficking victims typically are recruited using coercion, deception, fraud, the abuse of power, or outright abduction. Threats, violence, and economic leverage can often make a victim consent to exploitation.

Exploitation includes forcing people into prostitution or other forms of sexual exploitation, forced labour or services, slavery or practices similar to slavery, servitude or the removal of organs. For children exploitation may also include forced prostitution, illicit international adoption, trafficking for early marriage, or recruitment as child soldiers, beggars, for sports (such as child camel jockeys or football players), or for religious cults.


Did not find any documents stating this to be the official defintion, not too good with juducial speech personally, so any official document form the UN or similar is going to go straight over my head. However, if this is in any way an accepted definition we need to contact Interpol about the children currently being held inside Flag.

The web address has a few specified divisions, none that seem to be directly linked to human trafficking.

3. The last organization I searched through was the UN. Here I see two possibilities; UNESCO and UNICEF.
UNESCO would be interested in, and are probarbly already aware of, the copyright claims to "religious" knowledge held by the CoS. I believe that this is not something they would agree with, but are probarbly allowing it to slide because it is not a huge issue. But if we put pressure on them, and add in the stories about how they attempt to supress people who release the "religious" information, they would most likely take more notice.
UNICEF is aimed at the children held at Flag. They are the UN authority to contact about child trafficking and child labour. This time, however, they will not have originally heard about the story and will most likely jump to attention immediately if we can provide conclusive proof.
