No, it's actual signs stating that; "We won't serve memebers of Anonymous."
They tried the same when we went to East Grinstead, hanging notices with a V-mask and a circle with a line through it over that, on all the shops in the area. Didn't matter because only the one owned by the guy who instigated the attempt at stopping Anonymous actually cared. Hell, Bonnie Woods was even given one from a guy who owns an old-school sweet shop just across from where we were.
I think you can find examples of both from the raid aftermath thread for East Grinstead over at Enturb. Might also be able to find a couple of examples (of the East Grinstead variety) in the photos I took;
