Wow......Scientology is definitely making a move on Africa. In ,the author tells about Scientology's attempt to infiltrate Zambia's education system. The way I read it, they are having success with this venture.

When I first read the thread name I thought to myself; "What the hell? Is the CoS making up countries to make itself look better as well now?"

I wouldn't be surprised if they do have some modicum of success, unlike many of the helper organization such as the Red Cross, the chain of command and beuracracy is quite simplified when you get down to it (basicallly remove the smokescreen that is the command structure), and there are not that many places where the orders and money can come from, or go to.
