I thought this was a particularly noteworthy win.
This win occurred from clearing words having to do with ethics
conditions.

A Major Bank Keyout/BREAKTHROUGH [AT LEAST]

During the the last session on Friday we cleared up KNOW-POINT:
"a know-point is senior to a viewpoint. An individual would not have dependency on space or mass or anything else. He'd simply know where he was."

Ever since the session, I have been coming up with a constant stream of negative events ridges, frustrations, attitudes, mis-emotions, past events, that would never end or as-is and be done. So while doing my Sunday "Go-for-a-Walk Technique with this time mountain biking up a closed section highway, there was this stream of "things" that would come up and I would note the above definition/concept: and the thing would blow.

For me, and for years, it takes the rigorous huff and puff of jogging/running or biking up and up and up the mountain trails for 30-rarely 90 minutes before "all that mental Mass" around my head would back off. So, there I was, having a good time gasping and efforting up that steady brutal incline ---and, including the guy who passed me like he was going down hill--- with a steady stream of mental pictures/events/ masses that would never end all just seemed to just blow and I felt like I would never have attention on them again.

At one point IT ALL BLEW. It all blew so well, I didn't recall the Tech Dictionary KNOW-POINT word and definition I was working with as things came up.

I do think I lost my mind. ---II'm actually quite happy about it.
It is now several hours later and I am NOT getting this physical drop and "better take a nap." A FIRST since my great 1973 "WOW, life is great" win. Everything is wonderful. Life is such a fun, exciting, heady game to live.

This is happening in one of the most god-awful depression/lack of work times. I'm cool, positive, getting my admin scale counseling --- and being, doing and starting to having a better life.

TECH outside COS: Further wins from Original OT 7.

Original OT7 wins:
Today I went for a bicycle ride where I was able to run my heart rate up to 171 bpm (beats per minute)on a downhill, I was able to ride with my heart rate at 160 bpm for 3 miles instead of 200 yards, I was able to ride hard enough for long enough for my body to want to puke. All of these are firsts and have not been achievable since I was in high school. These are the standards which old guy bicyclists go by.
Before ot7 it was like the nerves that carried the signals from my brain to my finger were 1 inch wide clogged plumbing pipe. It took forever for the command to get from me to my finger. Now it is like I have a 3 yard wide smooth clean pipe and the command gets to my finger immediately. This applies to all perceptions sight, hearing etc. I perceive like all sensory receptors have been unclogged. When I look down a street I used to see 10,000 things which were kind of mushed together, now I see 100,000 individual things in bright 3d.
My joints used to feel like rusty joints filled with sand now they feel like joints rebuilt with Teflon. They are kind of loose and sloppy from wear and tear but now they work with the slightest of thoughts.
My mental acuity and speed has increased to such an extent that my thoughts are running into each other. I am not used to having a thought that does not need consideration before implementation. Now when a thought is thunk it immediately goes into action which allows me to have many more thoughts per unit time.
I used to not want people to bother me so I made my space as small as I could so I would not intrude on another's space and possibly restimulate their case. This allowed me to go through events unnoticed. Now my space has been cleaned up so that I would not restimulate another anyway and possibly de-stimulate them. Now people brighten up, open up their eyes, actually look at me then come over and originate communications to me. This has happened repeatedly over the past few days. I have always wanted to improve conditions where ever I was. It appears this is now an actuality.

TECH outside COS: OT II to OT V with Ken Urquhart



Ken was a personal assistent to LRH for around a decade, and the first

person to hold the post of LRH Comm. He was later a top NOTs auditor at flag.

He had unique access to LRH and would sit in on LRH's office while he gave

a running commentary on how and why he was C/Sing folders the way he did.

I write this testimonial to share with others the outstanding auditing I experienced with Ken Urquhart. I recently disassociated myself from the Church of Scientology by asking that my unused monies be returned to me. This money was to see me through to OT III and I was still working to acquire more. I just knew that 2 intensives wasn’t going to be enough. When I found out that I could get to OT III by an alternate route my whole world changed. For the first time in years I felt that getting to OT III might actually take place.

I discovered Ken’s name on the internet. I e-mailed him and we set up a time to get started. Ken actually stayed at my home saving me a bundle of money. It all started with a couple sessions to run out some of the auditing I should’ve never received. After all, I was in the non-interference zone. After a days training I was ready to Solo on OT II. You should realize at this point that only the training needed was given. There were no blocks, no lengthy checksheets. I was given only the training I needed to do the level. [N.B. This client had already done full solo training elsewhere.]

After Ken sat in on a few sessions with me, we were both confident that I could handle the level. It wasn’t long before I was attesting to OT II. Without delay, I was reading the material on OT III. When Ken felt confident that I could audit on OT III, he went home. I continued the level and e-mailed him photocopies of my sessions. He C/S’ed from home. And though you might think there were unnecessary delays in this method, I never missed having an early session the next day. I would audit 4 to 6 sessions and have to end off as the continuous floating needle disallowed further auditing.

It was only a few months later that Ken was back to act as Examiner and Success Officer. I attested to OT III. Then Ken audited me on OT IV and V. Here’s where I learned how very professional Ken was. His auditing was very smooth. It was almost as if we would sit down and chat for a while and then have to end off because of the BDing FN. I have had some really great auditors at Flag but none of them were any better than Ken.


When looking for an auditor I was concerned that I might get one that had been justifiably declared SP by the Church. I feel very fortunate that Ken was my auditor. He uses only Standard Tech and without the alterations you hear so much about these days. With Ken as my auditor, my sessions were fun, done when I felt I was ready for another, and always ended with spectacular results.

Though my goal was to get to OT III, I am now OTV and have money left over enough to do the L’s and the training for OTVII.

Success Story--July 30, 2009
Wow! What a validation! All the excuses, justifiers, and arbitraries of the past are gone. All we're left with is my knowingness and certainty of what I originated back in November of 1995. I am CLEAR!
For nearly 14 years I have Q and A'd with this. I wanted to believe it, but without the "ack" it became a mystery sandwich that I couldn't quit chewing on. The mystery is gone. Today has been a play-day in every sense of the word. I have had no attention on body considerations. Much of what I have done to/with this body today would have been nearly unthinkable only a month ago. Through it all I have been stable and exterior to the body and it's manifestations. Today I completed my CS 53!!! I loved it all the way through. I had no attention on finishing it at any point as the WINS I was having were constant. Many many many things were handled and the number one thing I could see just sky rocketing was my tone level and my attitude towards my day to day life. I am going to sleep earlier, waking up earlier and in the middle just having a great time. Not to mention the level of production I am able to put forward compared to before. I had almost forgotten how productive and uptone I could be.

We got started on my M1 today as well! The wins keep on coming!

TECH outside COS: Dianetics strikes again!

Success:

On July 31, 2009, Pat Krenik audited me for an incident that occurred when I was young. The incident caused a scrape on my back. I have had an open sore there for many years. Often people told me to leave it alone and quit scratching at it. I told people I hadn't scratched it, but it was open. After the auditing session, I went to sleep. The next morning I woke up, showered, and I noticed the sore wasn't there. I went into the bedroom and asked my husband to verify it wasn't there and he did so. I firmly believe the sore was caused by the incident. After running th incident, it was gone.
