I won't go as far as to say that Scientology ruined my life.
At best, it was just a phase in my teen years.
At worst, it temporarily destroyed my relationship with my mother for a year and a half. In present time, my oldest sister, who is still a Scientologist, refuses to consider the possibility of anti-anxiety or anti-depressants for our elderly father, who is depressed and worried all the time (he seems to have Alzheimer's or some kind of dementia).
I'm not proud about where I am in life today, but I can't say I'd be better or worse or happier or more unhappy had I not gone to Delphi in the first place. Delphi certainly shaped some of my interests in life and I think I am more intelligent today as a result of disciplining myself to always clear my words.
