Ex Scientology Kids

I'm sure I'm supposed to say something about truth, justice, and universal freedom in my first personal post here, but instead I think I'll just ask a question I've been freakin' DYING to ask ex-Scientology kids forever:

Does anyone remember the Land of Ree books?



I totally grew up on those. I think the guy made four or five, all with a Way to Happiness precept in them. Years later, I looked at the illustrated Tone Scale and realized it must be the same artist. Anyone?

HAAHAHAH! SAGE! He dressed like Captain Planet, and we'd all do sing alongs. Holy CRAP, I remember that. Pure spandex awesomeness. We used to have to participate in parade with that guy.

I heard that that guy left Scientology, but that may have been a rumor, because I can't remember where I read it.
