Thanks for the Google advice, Dallas. Talk about juice!!! That post about Musical Chairs is one of the most surreal, incredible, frightening things I have ever read. BFG, it is a great honor to have you at ESK!

Yeah, the Musical Chairs thing... W to the T to the F. Wha Da Fuh?

How is that anything close to a good idea? When I started reading it, and it was still focused on DM's bs poseur management techniques, I thought "This guy learned management techniques from an effing sit com. This is just not how a sane organization is run." Then I got to the musical chairs bit, and I understood. The place is utterly batshit.

Just goes to show that folks with all the answers not only don't have all the answers, but the answers they DO have are so backward they aren't even WRONG -- they shouldn't even be on the table.
