Its so important your friend keeps a foot in the "real" world. You don't realize how important those small things like a trip to the movies or bookstore can be until you are in a cult. They help keep you normal when the cult is trying to control your every movement.
Keep the criticisms low. Let your friend know you are there for her when she is ready to question but don't push it down her throat either. Otherwise she may just peg you as "one of those critics" they warn her about.
