Does anyone recognize the person in this picture?

The picture above was posted in the chat-window on the Ex Scientologist Message board last night.
The person posting it claims that this is his fiancee, who according to him has never been involved in Scientology.
I'm not so sure.
I saved this picture because she looks very familiar to me. The more I look at this picture, the more certain I am that she is someone who was at PAC in the early 90's when I was there.
Then again, maybe my mind is playing tricks on me. The fact that her outfit looks a lot like an SO uniform may be messing with my memory. I may be confusing her with someone else.
