I love that " Drugs are bad, mmmkay.."
The dairy thing has annoyed me immensely over the years. Yeah it shouldn't be consumed like water, but the whole "its unnatural, what species besides us gross humans drinks another one's milk" argument is utterly and totally specious. Yeah, other species don't drive or write, either...its a beneficial mutation to be able to digest milk...gah. A lot of people can't (no mutation) and they certainly shouldn't try...
The diet faddists thing is in the PTS/SP rundown. Two of the markers for an aberrant personality are "sexual perversions [cough GAY cough] and eating neurosis such as diet faddists." That isn't word for word but you get the idea.
What is hysterical is that the biggest diet faddist in our family is OT8...
